Welcome to Butterwick Animal Rehab Clinic – we are your local canine rehab centre based in Darlington, Co Durham. Specialising in canine hydrotherapy and physiotherapy we can give your dog a better quality of life and keep them active and happy for many more years to come.
Established in 2004 we are passionate about getting dogs better. Our clinic facilities and experienced staff allow us to give every dog the best quality of care in a safe, clean and friendly environment. We’ll explain in simple terms what is wrong and how we can help – giving you the answers you need.
We are proud to have a fantastic reputation for providing the best quality of care and achieving the desired results for our dogs and their owners. You will be present during each session, and you will begin to see improvements after your very first one. With regular appointments and home exercises we can promise to get your dog back to being active, happy and more pain free.
When you join the Butterwick family we will listen to your worries and work with you and your veterinary practice to create a care plan that will be right for your dog to that you can get your best friend back to how they were and enjoy the things you used to together again. Every member of the Butterwick team cares about your dog as if they were our own because we are all dog owners too – we understand how hard it is to see your dog in pain and not enjoying life.
Canine hydrotherapy & physiotherapy is suitable for dogs of all breeds and ages. It is used to treat a range of health and mobility issues including arthritis, hip & elbow dysplasia, cruciate ligament ruptures, spinal conditions, tendon & ligament sprains and obesity.
